Hello,

This morning I was able to edit my site, but now I can not even get a page to open for editing. I have reset my cookies, refreshed my page, signed in and out, did everything possible to try and get it to open yet it will not. I have daily blogs to update and can not do it.

Thanks,
Christina

Hi Christina,

I'm sorry to hear this is happening and I'm sure we can help you to sort it out. Could you let me know which one of your sites you are trying to edit? Or is it happening with all of your sites? Could you also let me know what browser you are using.

These are the general steps you can take:
1. Check to see if you are having problems with your network or internet service provider.
2. Clear your browser's cache. This link has more information: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Bro...
3. Check your privacy settings. You must accept cookies from Yola. Please click on this link to find instructions for accepting cookies with your browser: http://www.google.com/cookies.html
4. Check that your browser is set to enable Javascript. This link has more information on how to check: http://www.google.com/support/websear...
5. Try loading the site in a different browser (eg. Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer).
6. Try loading the site on a different computer or network if possible.
7. Make sure you are using a Yola supported browser: http://www.yola.com/customer-support/...

Hi Marjie,

Thanks for responding so quickly. I am having trouble with the http://www.readytofollow.com site, all the rest are working.

I am using Firefox and all my other programs are working fine, I cleared my cache and can accept the cookies from Yola,

I just tried IE and was able to get it to open there, I did try Firefox again and it is still having problems there. so, hopefully I can continue use IE for the time being.

Thanks again.

Glad to hear it's working in IE Christie. I don't see any problems on my side - what version of Firefox are you using? I know that there is a new version out, but I have not yet updated to that version, so I'm wondering if that is causing issues.

Thanks, I am using I believe the 3.0 version, but also see that there is an update now. I will upgrade and see if that may be the problem.

Thanks again.
