I can not log into my yola site for over a week now

I am trying to log on to my yola site and it keeps coming up with the following notice "Please try refreshing the page while we try to fix it. If you're still seeing this page (hi again!), try one of the links below or contact our support team."
This has been happening for almost a week now. I need to make changes to my page URGENTLY and I can not access my page.
Can someone please advise how long the site will be down and give me an alternate way to access my page ASAP.

Hello Arlie,

The sitebuilder is functional generally with a few issues at this time. The engineers are working on identifying and fixing the problems related to the sitebuilder. Your report is an extreme case and not what is being reported by other people.

If this forum login is different to your sitebuilder login, then suggest that you follow up here with your site name and the support people can check it out.

I'm very sorry to hear that, and it's definitely not normal that you haven't been able to log into your Yola account for a week.

I have checked your account, and I'm able to access it from our system. Also, your website http://www.dimensionsbyarlie.com/ is up and running on my side.

Can you please try the following general trouble-shooting steps:

If none of these options re-enables you to log in, please let us know.
