I CAN NOT SEND EMAILS FROM MY PHONE

Hello, i have set the mail account in the iphone following the instructions carefully, it used to be working but now i have check the pasword and user name many times and i dont get why is not working, the mail acount i have from live.com is working perfectly... i wander what can be wrong with the yola mail one... please help me, is my main mail for work. thanks! important: i receive but can not send...

GOT IT!!! (in spanish) iphone
ajustes > correo,contactos... > mail acount > avanzado > activar S/MIME

and the sending mail is working!

on the host: mail.xxxx.com
user name: info@xxxx.com
pasword: mail pasword

I'm happy to hear that it's working for you now, but I can't confirm that activating S/MIME is a required setting. My Yola Mail account works both with sending and receiving e-mails on an iPhone without activating S/MIME. The important thing for outgoing e-mail to work is that the name of the SMTP server has been entered correctly. You can find this information in your My Yola > Yola Mail page > bottom of the page. The SMTP server name must be mail.b.hostedmail.com.

well stefan im very thankful for the help men, but now is on my computer that the mail is not working to send... im trying to follow your directions on the last post.

i go to: mail > preferences > account

there i go to outgoing mail and edit SMTP server list...
description:chopsmail
server name: mail.chopsart.com
in use by acount: automatic shows chopsmail

so it looks that is in order... dont get why it stop working...
