I can ́t renew the silver package subscription because the "renew" link does not show prices or the ability to renew.

I have the Silver package and it is expiring in 2 weeks. There is a link in "my Yola" where to renew the suscription but when I access this link there is no price or the ability to renew, just saying " Oh no, you have reached your limit"
How can I renew the suscription since it seems that the provided link do not work. And when I publish my websites, why is the "Make a free website with Yola" button showing up again when having a silver package? It is still a paid one so that button should not be there anytime because I am not a "for free" subscriber! Please review this thing.

Sorry about the confusion. We have had a few bugs show up after the Yola Silver renewals we released yesterday. It sounds as if you are experiencing one of the bugs! :(

Would you mind sharing one of your websites so that we can take a look at your account?

Hello Nazlie,
one of my websites on my Silver package is www.hotelmarketingplan.com, please let me know how can I renew my current Silver package and at what price because it will be a recurring subscription, not a new one. I remember that previously it was posted by Yola itself that recurring customers will pay the old price.

Our engineers are currently investigating this issue and are working on a fix, as soon as we have update we will let you know.

When this bug is resolved you will be able to renew at the old price of $49.95.
