Hello Pete,

I tried to load the Neo hit counter from the widget collections. It's dodgy! I got it to load and it only displays on the preview page not in the site-builder. It crashed the scripts on the page. I was finally able to publish but on the published site it's also playing funny games. I think it may have something to do with the interface between widget-box and Yola.

I would delete it and go directly to widget-box them selves and see if you can install it from there. Widget Box are very professional and easily contacted if you require assistance from them. The Yola people aren't really up and about over the weekend so I can't suggest that they would be able to offer support for this over the weekend.

I seem to remember something like this happening previously but don't remember the details. If this is happening with hit counters from other sources let me know and I'm happy to try to see if it's a hit-counter issue specifically?

Gop.

Hi petesilver,

A hitcounter is not the most comprehensive way to analyze the amount of traffic you are getting. You may want to take a look at this tutorial .

Also, head here for directions on how to use Widgetbox.
