I cannot access my email

I have just set up a new account with YOLA including the email and I am having trouble accessing it I have tried to GET YOLA MAIL however it is directing me to a payment screen when I have already purchased the email for 12 months. Please advise.

Why did you do that? I mean there are lots of more flexible mail boxes but you've chosen Yola. I had once..but changed it. It was slow and with many errors..

I have checked your Yola account, and when I navigated to your Yola Mail page on your My Yola dashboard, I could see that you don't get the option to set up your Yola Mail mailbox. This is an error, and we will fix it as soon as possible. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, and we'll get back to you once the issue is sorted. Thanks.

I have the same problem, only I accidentally purchased it again and still have no email!!!

Could I have a refund of one payment please and have someone look into the problem that I cant configure and access my mailbox?

The error in your account has been fixed. I have checked your Yola Mail page and get the set up/manage options now. Please try on your end and let us know if you should have any problems or questions.

Hi Stefan, Do you know who is dealing with my email problem?
Laura Thomas has said that it has been passed the the relevant department but that was 2 days ago and I haven't heard anything else since.

We are dealing with your e-mail problem. The error will need to be fixed by the specialists with Yola. I'm afraid that I cannot make you any promises timewise, but it may take a couple of days, until it's resolved. Thank you for bearing with us. We'll keep you updated on this or your other thread.
