I cannot access my purchased email account.

I have purchased Yola mail and every time I log in it takes me to a purchasing page. Wanting me to pay again. I have tried over and over. I am in need of my new emails.

I was just going to ask the same question. Can you guys help out here? Account is just over a month old got my emails before and now nothing. I purchased Yola Mail for the year... correct?

Hello Harry

I have checked your Yola account, and I was able to get to your e-mail login page by clicking on the Check inbox button under your Yola Mail tab in your My Yola dashboard. Please try to clear your cache and cookies, or use a different browser, or try to access your account from a different computer.

If none of these options work, can you please try and open this URL to get to your Yola Mail Login page directly, and log in from there. Replace "YourDomain" by your domain name and .com by your domain extension: http://mail.YourDomain.com/mail

Please let us know if the problem to check your inbox from your My Yola dashboard should persist.
