None of this is applicable....I am using Chrome - everything has been working fine. Then it came time for my domain, yola store, and my Yola Silver to renew - the payments went through my bank successfully, but I was still getting a warning on my screen that everything had expired. Then yesterday I was able to log in but not access My Yola - now I am not even able to log in. I get page not found error. My domain is www.amysnotions.com - i have paid email amy@amysnotions.com, a Silver account and an online store. I have run a complete system cleanup via my Iolo pro software - no other sites are giving me this issue. Also, I saw it stated that Silver accounts get 24/7 phone help access - what is the number? The regular number says it is only open on weekdays.

Hello Amy

For the numbers of our Yola Call Centre, please see this tutorial. Our phone support is available on weekdays.

I cannot reproduce the problems you are experiencing when using Google Chrome as a browser. Your Sitebuilder and My Yola are working fine when I use Chrome to access them. I have no issues to view my own account or website using Chrome. We are not aware of a general problem with Yola and Chrome at the moment, so I'm sorry that it's difficult for us to find the cause of the problem on your side.

However, the reminders which show in your Yola account are incorrect. Your domain will auto-renew in October, so there shouldn't be any reminders because you won't need to take any action to renew your domain. I have brought this to our specialists' attention to look into, and will update you as soon as I have any news. Thank you for your patience.

Hello Amy

I have checked your Yola account, and now everything seems fine on my end. Your domain now shows the real expiry date, and your account status displays "Silver" as it should be.

I'm also able to access your Yola Online Store by clicking on "Online Store" in the left-hand side menu of your My Yola, and to view all your products.

Please let us know if you should still experience any issues, and we'll do our best to assist you further.
