I cannot create a new site!!

I cannot create a new site, I am under the five site limit and have space left. When I click Create New Site it gives and error message on the pick a template screen and then wont load. I am using firefox have java and cleared cache and enabled cookies but still wont work. Please HELP!!

after you cleared cache, did you close the browser and reopen it? I know for some bad cookies and temporary internet files (the reason you clear the cache) don't go completely away until the browser's restarted. If that doesn't work, it could possibly be a yola technical issue. They might want you to email them at support@yola.com - I believe this is their email!

Yes it is a problem with their software I am pretty sure.

yea, I haven't been on yola in four hours, I've been busy with halloween. But if it's a problem with yola, everyone would probably have the same issue. However, it is a possibility that YOUR system AND Yola's system could temporarily be conflicting at the moment and within time (just waiting a little bit) might fix the problem.

really? As far as I know, you're the only one here on getsatisfaction I think - I haven't heard of anyone else not being able to create a new site when under the limit. I would suggest emailing yola. I think when you email yola it gives them special access to view your site (I'm assuming this because whenever someone has a technical issue AND THEY ALREADY KNOW THE PROBLEM they request an email to them to take care of the issue).
