I cannot send mail

I can receive mail, just not send any. This has been going on 24 hours now!

If you're talking about Yola Mail, please clear your cache and cookies, and see this thread for an update on a recent Yola Mail issue. This should now be solved. Please let me know if the problem persists on your end.

I have see the thread and deleted cookies and cleared cache, no change still cannot send mail..

I'm sorry to hear that. As we'll probably need to exchange sensitive information with you to work on this problem, please send us your request via e-mail using our Contact Support Form. Since our system tells me that you've got multiple Yola Mail mailboxes, please specify which mailbox is affected.

OK, did that, but system tells me I should hear something in 24 hours. I I need to be up and running, as I have already lost a day.
