I cannot set up my hotmail - it was working but now it isnt, please help

It says:
you need to prove ownership of this domain by creating a DNS record. I had done this already and every thing was fine but my hot mail has gone to 'pending' again and when i follow the instructions it still wont work - urgent as i cant recieve or send emails

Hello Conor,

I see that you have signed up through the Get British Business Online (GBBO) program. As such, the TOS of the GBBO is that you need to use Google Apps as your email service. This is why you're not able to set it up with Hotmail. I'm sorry for the confusion and inconvenience.

Please refer to the Google Apps tutorial for further instructions.

Thanks, i shall set it up,
I dont suppose you know if the emails i sent actually got sent? im gonna look stupid resending an email again if the person has already got it.

Perhaps you should tell your GBBO subscribers the situation before anyone else spends 2 days sending emails - only to realise some have been sent, the rest havn't and the replies have been lost....

You may want to contact Hotmail to determine if the emails were sent at all. I do apologize for this confusion.
