Help please this email went in to Junk. We thought we had paid it. Does this mean that we have lost all of our work? Do we have to pay £55 to get it back?artlog@gmx.co.uk radiochinatown.com

I am sorry that this email is causing you such concern.

First of all let me assure you that you have not lost any of your work! Although your website will go offline and become unavailable if the billing problem is not resolved, it will still be accessible in your account and all your content will be there. Once the problem is resolved your site will be back online.

The best way to address this is to deal directly with our support department. I will ask the relevant person to reach out to you as soon as possible.

Hello Monique you can delete that now thanks.

I have just paid and it has come back. I can't breathe is the title of a brilliant short story by Ring Lardner

I am happy now thanks I have just re published it.

Thanks for letting us know that you were able to renew your Silver subscription successfully. I had sent you a follow up email to artlog@gmx.co.uk, please ignore this as I can confirm that your issue has now been resolved.
