I cant change web site style, cant access it either

Two days ago I tried to change the style of my site from Essence to Begeodan. (using firefox) I got an error message that said....something has gone wrong.....so i had to go back to my synthasite index page. then I refreshed it and some pages changed style, some didn't. it has been that way since, Synthasite said they would do something, but no go! I have tried to rechange style to Capsicum, but nothing is working right!
also I notice that my web site (medicaleducationunit.synthasite.com) wont open from explorer or firefox. when I log in to synthasite and say 'update my site' it says the job has been done but when I click on the link to my updated site, I get an error message that says

I was having such fun with synthasite, loving it even, but am all teary-eyed now..........Help!

I have sent you an email responding to the support request you emailed to us. Did you receive it? I told you that you had unfortunately run into one of our bugs and that I was passing it on to one of our engineers to fix for you.

We are working on fixing your problem as quickly as we can, it has not been forgotten or ignored. Please give us time to repair it for you.

Ruth, thanks, yes i got your email....I was hoping for a quick fix....something along the lines of 'do this, delete that, and all will be sunshine again'
You figure it is fixable? that is what I need to hear....I guess I will have to be patient.

Don't worry - none of your information will be lost. However, it does need to be fixed on our side, unfortunately, and it has to be done by a developer. We are very sorry about this unpleasant interrruption in your otherwise enjoyable SynthaSite experience!

Oh Dear Ruth, I spoke too soon....the slide show on my site is showing the same problem as the other pages were earlier...probably did not get saved properly. Gives the smarty error, and shows up once in a while as essence, whereas my chosen style is capsicum............help

We are working on it. An error like this requires more people to look at it than just me. Don't be anxioux, we will put your site back together again.

Long time no hear....got tired of waiting!
I just deleted the slideshow page, created a new page, added the html again, and what do you know!!! it is working....
was it something u did???
