I have a domain name that I got after to register my own domain. However I can enter just if I'm at home, because the password doesnt works ( It is like my count is not inside google, some google apps thing maybe, I dont know), because in this case, at home, I can open a page with the domain extension carlaladob.com. But if I'm out the window to introduce my domin doesnt appear, also when I ask google they say that I dont have an account as carlaladob@carlaladob.com with them.
Can you help me?
Thank you in advance.

Hello Carla

I'm sorry that I did not see this thread earlier. I hope that we can help you gain access to your Google Apps.

What you can do is type in the following: http://google.com/a/mysite.com

Replace "mysite.com" with the name of your domain.

I hope that I have understood your question correctly. If not, please do let us know.

Hi Joseph,

I can help with this. Your domain was suspended due to the new ICANN policies. You can read more about it here: How the recent ICANN changes affect your website.

For a step-by-step process with screenshots on how to verify your domain, please visit this link: Verifying Contact Information for ICANN Validation.

Please let me know if you have any further trouble with this.
