I cant edit My images

I uploaded an image to my online store and it was to bright, i am trying to edit the phot but it wont let me.

Hi Savannah,
When you say it won't let you, can you tell me more about that. Is it that you cannot get the image into PicNik or are you unable to edit the image in PicNik? If you could give me more information on what is happening I will be better able to help.

PicNik wont load at all. it told me to download Flash play 9, I downloaded it and it still wont work

Possibly the download didn't work. Are you using Firefox or IE? Can you try another browser to see if it may work? Let me know how that goes.

What is the image type as well as the size?

sorry, had to step away for a little bit. it is a .gif image, dimensions are 150 x 150

I turned off my computer and let it sit for a little bit, It let me edit the image, and i haven't had another problem, if it happens again i will be sure to let you know. Thanks so much!

rememebr you can go direct to picnik.com .Unless the whole site is down, this should work.
