I can't login into my Yola to edit. What is going on?

I go to yola.com and I cant login gives m,e the error and i try support now support gives me the error too

Hello Chris,

Can you post your domain name here if your builder login is different to this forum login? The Yola people will investigate or direct you to work this out.

I was able to open your Yola account from our system, so everything seems to be fine with your account in general.

Could you please specify what the error message says that you are getting?

Please also try these general trouble-shooting steps:

If none of these options solve the problem, please come back to us.

I did clear my cache and he message it keeps giving me is

I'm sorry you are having this problem. We are not having any difficulty accessing your Sitebuilder, so I suggest you check out the tips in this tutorial and let us know how it goes.

me too,
i have two yola silver account.
i cannot login to my yola account for edit sites.
I try to login with different computer but still can not login.
i thought that i wrong password so i summit my email to change password but still not receive reply email.
i try to summit detail form (name, email and site name) then i received one auto reply mail from yola but still not receive mail for my new password.
i would like to know how long i have to wait to get back my account?
