Are you trying to use a credit card? Please email us at email@example.com so none of your details are shared on a public forum. When you use your credit card, do you receive an error message? If you close the error message dialog box, it should highlight the field that is causing the problem. Does it do this for you? Could you please ensure that your address and card details are matching what is on record at your bank.
If your card is being declined when you try to pay by choosing the credit card option, you can try to make the purchase by choosing the PayPal option. You will also be able to use your credit card when you choose to pay by PayPal.
