i cant redeem my promotional code $75 google adwords credit

after upgrading my site to yola silver i was given a credit. i tried to redeem the above fron google adwords however it failed due to "the account too old to redeem"? and i also attempt to purchase credits for logo however to no avail. please advice

Thank you for sharing your domain. When looking at your account, I see that you had a Yola Silver package that expired yesterday - that is why you are unable to redeem any leftover codes. Please note that you will receive new codes should you choose to upgrade to Silver again.

As a matter of fact, I just upgraded from Bronze to Silver yesterday.
How could my Silver become "expired" yesterday itself???
Please check again and advice me accordingly

How strange - I think I misread your account information earlier, my apologies!

Can you please share a screenshot of the error message you are receiving?

I am not sure how much assistance we can provide, as we are not Google. I would suggest that you visit Google Adwords Support as they are much more familiar with what they offer!

Its also strange to me when Yola who advised me to "Use your included $75 Google AdWords credit D__9-MU_3-K_86-6_XG-AJA" when I upgraded to Silver and yet are not aware of such a restriction from Google. Here the screenshot of the error and please advice me of next action.

I'm wondering if you have already signed up for Google Adword account before? The credit is only valid to new users of Adword.

Please let us know if you are still having trouble with this.

Hi a.sivic,

I'm sorry you're having a problem with your AdWords voucher. As Gop asked, could you let us know whether you have an existing AdWords account?

The terms and conditions of using this voucher are available at the bottom of this page: http://www.google.com/ads/yola/ and do mention some exclusions (such as this offer only being available to new AdWords customers) which could be causing this problem.

If you could also provide us with the error message or error explanation, it will be helpful.

Hello a.sivic,

As you can see on this thread there are other people who appear to be having or have had similar problems.

Have you had adwords before as this seems to be an exclusion from the deal.

Yola don't seem to understand that even though it's a Google supplied product that the contract itself is between you and Yola and not you and Google. It's beholding on Yola to investigate this as you have come back to them not you to go to Google for the answer. I hope that they give you an answer quickly.

We were experiencing an error with Google Adwords not redeeming properly. Any chance you were receiving the error 'expired' when trying to redeem? If so, I am happy to share that this bug has been fixed. You should be able to go ahead and redeem your code following the same steps you were previously.
