I Cant upload any files to the file manager

i try to upload files to the file manager and nothing works. i cant load anything.
it goes and says it's loading butit doesn't make any progress. it will sit for hours trying to upload a tiny file and will never make any progress. please help

Hello jmirda3,

I'm sorry you are having this problem. Can you do a few things for me and then give it another try uploading files into your File Manager:

1. Clear your browser's cache. This link has more information: Clear your browser's cache.

2. Please check to see that you have the latest version of Flash installed, for more information please click here: Version Test for Adobe Flash Player.

3. Try loading the site in a different browser (eg. Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer). We would suggest using the Firefox browser as this browser seems to work best in the Yola environment. It is a free download if you would like to give it a try: Download Firefox.

Let us know how this goes of you and if you are still not able to upload files we will go from there.

Hello Prana Holistic,
I'm sorry you are having trouble with this. Can you tell me what types of files you are trying to upload and the size. Also, are you receiving any error messages when you try to upload them, or does the File Manager just hang and never complete the upload?

mp3, 59 MB (I upgraded for this purpose alone). No error message, just hangs and does not complete. Deleted cache, tried on 2 different computers (one running vista, one xp), both have latest version firefox and flash, accept cookies, tried on another browser (explorer), internet (at my work) is working fine, and if I try to upload a word document (which is not what I want to upload) it works fine, just not for the mp3 file I actually need.
