I am sorry to hear that you are unable to reach your site. Can you tell me whether the problem is logging into your account, or whether you are unable to open your site? Tell me what happens and what you see when you try to access your manage page (site manager?) in as much detail as you can and we will do our best to help!

Hi!! see you again.
I just sign in they always said "Your session has expired, please log in again and renew it" all the time for nearly 1 week, I could not update my website. Do I have too much website?

Since Synthasite had change 1 page to picture my website, I could not pass trough that warning.

Would you please advise me, how can I manage my site?
Site still shows "Your session has expired, please log in again and renew it"
I have to update photo because we have photo contest. Voting will be start on July 18.

I a sorry to hear that you still cannot access your site. We had a problem with our email alerts yesterday from Get Satisfaction, so I missed some of your questions. At this point your best bet is to email us directly at support@synthasite.com so that we can trouble shoot this issue via our helpdesk software. I will be watching for your email
