Hello Linda,

Thanks for providing your feedback on the domain price increase.Yes, you can keep your website if you choose not to renew your domain. If you do not renew your domain, when the domain expires your site will no longer be published, and you could then choose a different publishing option. I do see that you requested an email as to how to go about things, I can absolutely help you here in the forum with any information you need, or you can feel free to email us at support@yola.com if you would like and we can assist you from there as well.

Because the price increase is not going into effect until February 15th, you have until then to renew at the current price, you can also renew at the current price for multiple years should you choose to do so.

If you would like to renew your domain at the current price, please log into your account and click on the "Domains" link on the left-hand side. Your domains will be listed at the top of the page, click on the "Renew" button to renew your domain.

If we can assist you further with anything, please let us know.

Kind Regards,
Emmy
