How do I cancel a plan?

I do not want to auto renew so I have not updated my payment method, which has expired. I have still received notice on my bank card (Different from the listed card on Yola) that the payment is pending. Will my new card be charged even though the expiration date and security codes are different from the listed card?

I know that this can be sorted by Yola CS.

You do need to contact Yola directly by their Contact Customer Support form; the reason being that it is important for validation of your account and your privacy is maintained. Please use your login email address within the form as this allows the filters to appropriately direct your message without sidelining it.
