Hi Xbri_Nicole,

We recommend adding Google Analytics to your site. This application will not only help you track your visitors' locations and behaviour on your site - letting you know which parts of your site are the most popular/effective, but will also increase your ranking with Google.

Here's how to add Google Analytics:
1. Go to Google Analytics and sign up for a free account
2. Type in the URL of your site
3. Copy the verification code provided by Google
4. Go to SynthaSite and drag and drop a HTML widget at the bottom of each page you want to track
5. Paste the code from Google over the default code in the HTML widget on each page
6. Republish your site

Your site will then be verified and you can log into your Google Analytics account to find out all the information you want to know about the people who have visited your site.

Regards
Kershnee

Google Analytics is a great tool to have! If you'd also like a counter that you (and other people) can see on your site here's how you can add one:

1) Drag and drop a Widget box icon onto your page (you will find it in the "widgets" folder)
2) Click on the link in the dialog that will take you to Widget Box and search for "hit counter"
3) Copy the code
4) Paste it into the SynthaSite dialog box
That's it! You will have a hit counter for your site!

If Widgetbox does not give you a hit counter you are happy with, you could google for "free hit counter" and use a service like: http://www.website-hit-counters.com/. You can embed one of these hit counters in your page by:
1) Copying the HTML code the hit counter service provides.
2) Dragging and dropping an HTML widget onto your page and pasting the code over the default code in the HTML editor.

If you want something nicer, you can have a try at GetClicky.com. My cms website using this visitor tracker. It catches more than 1,000,000 page views per month(if paid member).

Great!
