I dont want Yola Silver but you have taken my site down until I pay up - why?

I dont want Yola Silver. I dont use any of the additional features in Yola Silver but you have still taken my web site offline and say you wont put it back online until I pay up. I developed the site using the basic Google features - the site is adequate for me and I dont want or need anything extra. Please tell me how to get my site back online.

Tu use your custom domain with Yola, you will need to purchase one of our hosting packages, Yola Bronze, Yola Silver, or Yola Gold. For more information please see our Pricing page.

However, I found out that upgrading to Yola Bronze is not working in your account at the moment. We will look into this and update you on this thread.

Please try the following steps:
  1. Log into your Yola account.

  2. Go to the address bar, replace the address by yola.com/pricing, and press enter. You will be navigating to our Pricing page while being kept logged in.

  3. Please choose Yola Bronze by clicking on "Start with Bronze". You should get this package one year for free because of participating in our GBBO programme.

Around 2pm yesterday I did what you suggested and signed up to Bronze. Then I did a quick change and requested my site to go live - but there's still no sign of my site coming online.

I tried the link you sent and it still says not available. I've also tried going in via Yellow Pages and again it's not available.

My colleagues and I are able to open your website http://www.ladyl.co.uk/ in different browsers and on different computers.

Can you please log out of your Yola account and clear your browser's cache and cookies? Please also try to open your website in a different browser.

Let me know how that goes.
