I have added products but it will not let me use the online store widget

I have added three products to my online store, but it continues to say that I cannot use the widget because I have not added any products? What do I do?

Hello Haley Joe,

A strategy for solving this is:

  1. Clear your browser cache

  2. Update your browser

  3. Try using Chrome or FireFox browsers if there is a problem with say Safari

  4. Just check that you are clicking on the Save button after each product addition. (This can sometimes be out of immediate view).

  5. Update your Java and Flash.
