I have requested 3 times now to have my website pointed away from Yola

I am trying to get my website pointing away from Yola. I have requested this 3 times now and have still to receive a reply.

This is another issue that needs staff intervention. Suggest that you send an email to support@yola.com. They will answer you within 24 to 48 hours if not sooner.

You have marked this as SOLVED. I wouldn't agree with that. Yes I have had two e mails which I have replied to, but seems that support at not good at acknowledging e mails. I don't whether they have received my e mails, but no the problem is not solved..I t seems strange that after giving you an alternative e mail address I know receive two copies of the e mails. One to the original and another to the new one. Seems that the original e mail is working fine. As my everyday e mail I have not had any problems reporrted by anyone else about missing e mails. I am afraid at this point anyone asking me about Yola I would have to say that support is lacking.

I wanted to touch base to let you know that the name servers for your domain have been changed. You should be seeing this reflected on your account within a few hours.

the name servers have been changed thankyou.. But one of them is wrong.
The one showing as NS1......... should be NS..........
Could you please delete the 1?
