I have some questions about YEP!

Hello all,
This is going to sound slightly, well... it'll make me seem stupid, but I was wondering about YEP. I want to become a Yola Expert and design websites for people, but I don't know what I need to accomplish this. Do I need a website that explains about my services? Do I need a PayPal account? What do all the forms at the bottom of http://yep.yola.com/members.php do? What are the documents at the bottom of http://yep.yola.com/tools.php ? All I want is some clarification about the program. Please bear in mind that I'm only 14 so I may not be able to have a PayPal account! Also, is there an age limit for YEP?
Thanks,
Callum Booth

Hi Callum,

The people who look after YEP aren't currently online. They will be tomorrow and I'll ask them to reply to your questions.

Apologies for the delay in the meantime.

Hello Callum

We are here now :) Apologies for not responding to you any sooner.

The legal age for owning a Yola site is 13. The YEP Terms & Conditions does not stipulate an age limit, it is governed by the Yola ToS.

Please read through the YEP Terms & Conditions for more clarity, as there may be age restrictions in your country about minors owning a business.

To be added to the YEP directory, you will need to have a complete, published Yola site (which I know you have!) and, if possible, a portfolio of your client's sites.

I hope that answers your questions. Let me know if you need more help or have any more questions regarding YEP.

Thanks for the reply Nazlie.
Just a few more questions (sorry about this). Do I need PayPal to accept payment and what are all the word documents?
Thanks

Hi Callum

PayPal is an easy way for your clients to pay you. However, you do not need to use it if you don't want to. You can give your clients other payment options such as internet banking.

The Word docs on the tools page are training and client forms which you can use when you contact your clients. You can use it if you like, but you don't need to use it.

If you want to know anything else, please ask us.

Cheers
Nazlie
