Hi Shawn.

Let's see if we can get you logged in. First of all.. be sure you're using the e-mail address and password that you first signed up with. If you can't remember, you can send an e-mail to support and give them as much information as you can (e.g. name of website, url, username, etc..) and they can probably find it for you.

Another thing you can try is clearing the cache of your browser? You can do this by going to "tools" and then clicking on options (or internet options). You should be able to see an option to clear your cache or temporary internet files.

Try this and see if this works.

I just started with Yola, my cache is clean, it keeps on telling me "Yola is Loading" Doc

I too am having a problem logging in. It tells me my password needs to be 6 digits long but my password is actually 8 digits long. Also it shows my password as I type it and usually that is encrypted so it doesnt show as you type it in. I even tried clicking on the I forgot my password and it gave me a a long one and I changed it right then to the 8 digit password again and it still wont let me in.

Debbie.. I would suggest that you try clearing your cache in your browser. Then try re-logging in. Let me know if this works. If you need instructions on how to clear your cache.. just read further above this post.
