If you purchased the domains through Yola then these will likely come up as separate bills. The domains are separate to the hosting and need to be paid for at intervals as contracted even if they are not used.
Not paying for the domain will cause it to slip out of your ownership and eventually back into the pool of unused domains. It's important to pay it on time if you wish to keep control of the domain(s) as the process of locking the domains is quite complex and if you allow it to go beyond the recovery period there is no guarantee that you will get it back, as anyone can buy it at that stage.
Because you have 2 domains and a hosting subscription you will probably receive three invoices from Yola for the three elements you have subscribed to. These may all be different dates depending on the expiries of each.
