I just need to speak to talk to an actual person in Yola!

I am really frustrated with Yola. I need to talk to some actual person!

It's been more than a month that I've been trying to talk to a human being in Yola and I had no luck.

Yola Inc. is a real rip off. Do not trust them.

In looking up your account history I see you have worked with a number of our agents and that you recently spoke to Linsey who was able to address your concerns. Please let us know if this is not the case and if you have any other problems for us to address.

Hi Laura,

Yes, I have tried to address my issue to Yola Support team frequently, but, no one really helped out to solve the problem. So I decided to speak to the CEO, Mr. Trevor Harries-Jones. And, Linsey called me back, and promised she would take care of it. She sent me an email and I responded. Hopefully, the problem will be taken care of, and everything will be alright.

I did see your account history and that while we made several attempts to assist you, you never replied to our messages with the information we needed to proceed. In the future, replying to our messages is the best way to expedite a resolution. In the end we're just glad we were able to assist.
