Hi larry,

I presume you upgraded from Yola free?

With Silver there is a lot of function and feature behind the scenes. These are available to you in various building processes and not available to Free and Bronze.

For example: you can build up to 25 sites with Silver compared to 5 with Bronze and 2 with Free.

You can't use custom domains with free but can with Silver and Bronze. You can point any external site to Yola with your hosting plan.

The most powerful feature of Silver is the customisable CSS facility. This can take sitewide code for general styling, (plus header and footer styling).

There's a huge increase in maximum site size compared to the other subscriptions

You can upload files of 100 Mb per file compared to 5 Mb for the other plans.

There is a whole library of styles available to Silver subscribers that are only taunted to other subscribers.

On the Service side you get priority customer support and phone support that is not available to the basic subscription and time limited for Bronze subscriptions.

There are other features that I can't think of at this time but from these you can see that they are potential advantages that can be implemented immediately.

With the paid for subscription plan there is a need for a purchased domain(s) but these are very reasonable in cost through Yola and competitive with any provider for the kind of domains available through yola. As mentioned you can always point external domains to your yola account.

The Online Store is a new feature for users at $10 per month for subscribers and this is very reasonable. The same native product is charged at $16 per month by the provider to ad hoc subscribers.

Hope this gives you a kind of insight into the features available to you as a Silver subscriber.

Hello Larry

Gop has given you an excellent answer already (thanks!).

I must admit I'm not sure if I got your question right: When I view your account, it clearly says that you have Yola Silver (your status on the top right-hand side) and Yola Online Store (under the Online Store tab) which you seem to have set up successfully.

Everything you get with Yola Silver has been enumerated by Gop above, you will find a complete overview in this Tutorial: Yola Silver FAQ. If you have bought Yola Online Store as a Yola Free User, Yola Silver is included, and you will be able to renew at the same price when your package is about to expire, depening on whether you pay monthly or annually. There will be no extra costs for this package.

Is there anything else you expected with the package that you are missing at the moment?
