generally domains can't be renamed after they have been issued. This is a regulation outside of Yola. I have noticed though that previously there have been similar enquiries immediately after the domain was registered and Yola have worked with the domain owner on an ad hoc basis.
I suggest that you send an email to Yola and don't publish your site to the domain just to keep it clean for the interim..
