I misspelled ministries on my web address. How can I correct this since the site has already been publish?

The web address is directionsforlifeministeries.com

It should read

Click on the tab at the far left side that says "Site Manager". > Just below that on the far left hand side you will see a link that says "Rename Site". > Click on that and go from there.
Bless You.

Thanks Debbie - this is how to change the site name, but not the domain name. Still a good tip to share though!

@ Debbie,

I think you misread the question. Rev Ed was asking how to change the domain name itself; not the name of his site.

@ Rev Ed,

I didn't want to respond to this tread earlier because I think it is best handled by the official reps. But since I'm here, I am sorry to tell you that I don't think most registrars allow their clients to fix misspellings. Once you buy a domain name, there is usually no returns.

But you really have to talk to a rep at the registrar where you bought the domain name from. If you bought it from Synthasite, you are in the right place.

I hope you find a solution

Gamedemon, thanks for jumping in while we weren't around. You have given the correct answer for a domain purchased through SynthaSite.

Rev Ed, unfortunately when you register a domain we have to pay our partners for this. As a consequence there is no way to change a domain that has already been registered.
The only option is to purchase a new domain.

I am sorry for the hassle and expense!
