I need entry

When I visit my site and put in the password and username it just blanks it out without giving access. I have checked spelling etc.

Hi John,

Sorry to hear you are having troubles logging into your password protected site. Since I am unable to replicate this without your domain or login details, please do me a favor and try to reset the password protection info. Here's how:

1. Log in to your Yola account and open your site.
2. Click on the "Site Manager" tab.
3. Click on "Site Password Protection".
4. A dialog box will open up and you will be able to see what Log in ID and password you assigned to your site. You can also change it if you wish.

After changing your password, protection, please try logging in again. Please let us know if you are still unable to login to your site online.
