Can't access my e-mail

For the first time I have this error, "We are experiencing a problem validating the domain associated with your mailbox." Help! I can't access my email directly or by the alternate method.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this problem when trying to access your Yola Mail. Can you please provide your URL or login e-mail address to your Yola account (no passwords, please), so that we can track your account in our system and check? Thanks.
