You need to know a bit of html to do this. Are you trying to c/p a code or doing it yourself?

Hi Jake,

Let us know what you want people to be able to sign up for and we may already have something (or be working on something) that you will be able to add without having to write your own HTML code.

Hi Jake

How important is security to you in your sign up feature? There are scripts you can paste and edit like AAHAP has done. But people can simply right click on your page, click "view source" see the code and gain access to your site. So I am reluctant to share this information if you are looking for a really secure registration feature.

I know it is urgent, and it is still going to take some time for us to develop a registration and login feature but this is going to provide the long term solution for your needs.

Hey, if you want membership on your site with more than one member (separate passwords and login ids for everyone) than you should use Authpro. All you have to do is copy some codes from them to protect your pages and you can Welcome them with a code (It will say Welcome, "Name" or you can change it to what ever you'd like.) and much more! You can add the logout links and everything! And it is definitely secure because it is all stored in a database - not in the page source. It is JavaScript to protect it, and when they go to a protected page, they get redirected to the login page and have to login. If they disable javascript they will be able to access the page without signing in, but, you can put a div on the page that is all over the screen (100%) and make it black so no one can see any page thats protected. And then you can put another div in the middle of the page (So it will be like a lightbox, but it wont close unless they enable javascript) and then, wrap both of the divs in noscript tags so when they have the javascript disabled the box appears and they can't see any thing on the page, so this is safe. This is just a suggestion of what you should use.

Your welcome!

If it is too expensive for Yola to build the membership for all the users, maybe someday Yola can team up with Authpro or something. And Yola could be on the Deluxe plan of Authpro because it is unlimited users and much more stuff and it's only $4.50/mo You can view the details of each plan here: http://www.authpro.com/features.shtml You will notice that the Deluxe plan has much more (including the Login and registration, etc. forms to be able to be embedded on the site) and, you can see a demo of each account here: http://www.authpro.com/demo.shtml
