I need to revert my membership

Hello, I upgraded to silver but we decided to pay for design of our company site through another vendor,I keep getting the silver membership fee charged to my credit card - I want to go back to the free service and dont want to cancell fully because i have image credits... I cant see any other way to stop the payments other than cancelling the entire account, which would lose my image credits

Hi Gregory,

Apologies for our delayed reply. You do need to cancel your subscription completely but not your account! I suggest you redeem your Fotolia credits prior to canceling your Silver membership so you do not lose the credits.
