I paid for Yola Mail and I can not access it...it is asking me to pay again! HELP!

PLEASE HELP WITH THIS! I need my email to work right away, and since I paid for it...it should!

Hello Robert

One of our engineers has fixed the problem. You will now be able to view your mailbox under your Yola Mail tab on your My Yola dashboard.

However, it will take up to 24 hours before the fix becomes effective for your DNS settings, so that you can access your Yola Mail mailbox. Please check your Yola Mail in 24 hours again and let us know if it should still not be working.
