I paid for Yola Silver so why am I not automatically getting Yola Mail for free?

I have been debating on whether or not I was going to upgrade to Yola Silver. The deciding factor for me, was the FACT that Yola advertised that Yola Mail was INCLUDED with Yola Silver. I have provided a screenshot of said advertisement. Imagine my surprise when, after I paid for the upgrade, Yola is now telling me that I must pay to have access to Yola Mail.

This is blatant FALSE ADVERTISING. I run a nonprofit with a Board of Directors. We need our own business emails that are associated with our website. Yola Silver claimed to offer this. I don't understand why I am now being told I need to pay for this feature. Someone has a lot of explaining to do, and if Yola Mail is not included, I need someone to inform me on how I can get a FULL REFUND for my purchase, since it was bought under false pretenses.

Hello Anthony,
I do understand your frustration and how that would be confusing. While the Yola Mail feature is not available with Yola Silver, what this is referring to is the ability to set up email with your custom domain using something such as Google Apps or Windows Live, both of those options are free. We do apologize for the way this was explained in the ad, we will definitely change it so that this is clearer. If you could email us at support@yola.com I can assist you further with getting this worked out, please mark your email Attn: Emmy.

Thank you,
Emmy
