I paid for Yola Silver so why am I not getting Yola Mail for free?

I have been debating on whether or not I was going to upgrade to Yola Silver. The deciding factor for me, was the FACT that Yola advertised that Yola Mail was INCLUDED with Yola Silver. I have provided a screenshot of said advertisement. Imagine my surprise when, after I paid for the upgrade, Yola is now telling me that I must pay to have access to Yola Mail.

This is blatant FALSE ADVERTISING. I run a nonprofit with a Board of Directors. We need our own business emails that are associated with our website. Yola Silver claimed to offer this. I don't understand why I am now being told I need to pay for this feature. Someone has a lot of explaining to do, and if Yola Mail is not included, I need someone to inform me on how I can get a FULL REFUND for my purchase, since it was bought under false pretenses.

Hi anthony.bailey1,

I'm so sorry we missed this post, I'm not sure how that happened but it wasn't until it was posted on our Facebook page that it came to our attention.

I'm hoping you also contacted support@yola.com so your specific account issue could be addressed. If it has not, please reply here with your website URL or email support@yola.com with a link to this thread and your account information so we can get your case sorted out.

Yola Mail is not included with Yola Silver at this time, though it's possible that we created a special offer in the past that included it as a promotion. I was unable to find this screen in our current website nor is it a current promotion. We offer Yola Mail as a separate product for members with Yola registered domains for $9.96 a year.
