Did you publish your site yet? It says it's on a placeholder page.

I can't see the picture with green bees either. Can you try deleting the photo from your editor and reloading it?

I know you're frustrated Carla... we'll try to help you with this. Some of the suggestions we have may seem redundant but sometimes they work. Can you please double check your file manager to make sure the image is still there? Are you using an image widget to put your images into your site? Perhaps it may work with a text widget. In your text widget, there is a toolbar that comes up and you can click on the image one. If you used the text widget, then try using the image widget.

Hi Carla,

I see that the missing image is called "ilustração peixe site sharpen.jpg" - could try renaming it so that the "çã" are standard "ca" letters?

Remember to click on "Update my Site" once you've done that and refresh your website to view the change.

I hope that fixes the problem!

Hi Carla - we'll get this fixed!

The image still has the same name when I look at your site. Did you republish it? Can you follow these steps so that we're sure it changes:
1. Make sure that you have change the file name in the File Manager
2. Click on "Edit" on the top-left of the image and reselect the image in the File Manager
3. Save the page
4. Click on "Update my Site"

Let me know once that's done so I can take another look.

Just a thought here... try starting a new page and see if you insert the image. Just want to know if the problem is specific to that page or to all pages.

I was obviously wrong!

Can you try these steps instead:
1. Delete the whole widget by clicking on the 'x' on the top right
2. Re-add it to your page
3. Click on "Update my Site"

If that doesn't help, please can you click on "Help" on the top right and send us an email. This will give me more information to help you.

Everyone Thanks for trying to really help.
I could solve the problem following what Marije told. Even all my images are with the word ilustração, just two couldnt be published with the ç, incredible no?
Than, when I changed ilustração.jpg to ilustra.jpg they had appeared.

So, nice to know that this forum works very well.
