I renew my silver account, and 3 days later you let it expire?

Hello Nyambeni,

I have checked your transaction and I can see that you have renewed your Yola Silver account successfully, however you still need to use the domain credit provided with the Yola Silver renewal to renew your domain which has expired.

The domain credit is provided separately in case you would prefer to use to purchase a new domain name rather than renew your existing domain.

To use your domain credit to renew your domain please follow these steps:

1. When you log into your account, go to the "My Yola" tab.
2. Within the Account Status box on the right-hand side, click on the "Redeem custom domain credit" link.
3. Select the option "Or, extend an existing domain registration:" and choose the domain name you would like to renew from the drop-down box.
4. Click "Next step" and follow the steps to renew your domain.
