I require support for my Yola Site. Please. Re Yola silver

Hello... I registered to yola silver in November and have been having problems and have tried to contact support 3 times via email. Once before Christmas, after New Years and again last week. Unfortunately I have failed to receive any reply from Customer Service. I had just tried again to now call in hopes to speak with a live person, and was directed to Contact Support Via Email (which I have tried several times) or via Community page. I would greatly appreciate any help from someone at Yola Please.

Regarding your emails - I was only able to locate one which was sent during our annual shutdown. You should have received an auto-response informing you of the shutdown and requesting that you resubmit your request after 2 January should you still require assistance. As per your comments above you have done so, but regrettably I am unable to locate your recent cases on our system. Did you perhaps use an email address different to the one associated with your Yola account?

Hello Monique, thank you for your prompt reply. I used the same email address as registered on the site & did receive the auto response which is why I contacted support again after the holidays.

Hello Monique, Is there anyway to call Yola and actually connect with a customer service rep. I feel like I'm just going in circles. I received a call yesterday and missed it. Was requested to contact support via email or here. This is greatly interfering with my business as I require my site to be up and functioning. If you may let me know if there is a # I may call to speak with someone personally that would be great.
