Hello moneyroll beats

Using the e-mail address you use for the forum, I was only able to locate a Yola Free account. Can you please provide the URL to website in your Yola Gold account for me to have a look? Thanks.

Hi moneyroll beats,

If you are making the link from within the sitebuilder then the link will be invalid. You need to publish the blog post(s) and get the post URL's from the published post(s) then make the link to those URL's.

There isn't external access to the sitebuilder URL's and attempting to use the links to those pages or posts will give an invalid link plus it will be a broken link

At that point publish your site.

View the post you wish to link to and right click the post and Copy the link. (That option will appear when you right click)

Open your sitebuilder and anywhere you have made a manual link then you will need to edit that link from the incorrect sitebuilder link to the published version post link.

If you are not making any manual links to any post in your blog then this doesn't apply and is an issue with the system. Any address with the http://sitebuilder.yola.com/... is an invalid URL for external access. The sitebuilder simply doesn't allow external access by people or robots from outside the sitebuilder.

I simply write a post save and publish. when i visit my site www.moneyrollbeats.net/blog.php everything is there but in my webmaster tool and site scan it gives me url's not found or a 404 error im going nutz trying to figure it out.. do you think someone from support can do this for me?

Hi mrb,

I was thinking that you had created manual links. I'm sorry putting you through this. The Yola staff are on their holiday leave at the moment and are working with minimal staff over this period.

I see that Stefan has initiated his sights on this thread and I'm sure he will follow up as soon as he can. I know it raises the anxiety waiting and not seeming to get anywhere but I know they will get to it as soon as they can. Best not to multiple post on the one issue as this slows them down because there can be multiple staff chasing each thread and just dilutes the effectiveness of the resolution.

I don't think it is anything that you are doing that is causing this but rather the system has some issues with the blog since it is a deprecating facility and off the boiler. :)

No you're not a pain. I'm sorry I didn't read your posts clearly. It will be looked at ASAP; that's something that marks Yola well.
