I still cannot access Yola email since Sunday

Cannot Access Yola Mail
All of the sudden I am unable to acccess my Yola Mail. Same email and password I have always used. Now it says "Authentication failed. Invalid credentials" What does this mean and HOW do I gain access to my email account that I paid for. I need access to my email in order to conduct business.

Hello Thomas,

Yola support would need to help you with this. Currently they are on leave until the 2nd or 3rd Jan and will correct this for you as quickly as they can.

Hi Thomas,

The Yola Support team is on shutdown for the festive season, however we are responding to urgent queries.

It appears that your Yola Mail mailbox has expired and this is the reason you are unable to access your mailbox. Your domain and Yola Mail are linked and should be renewed at the same time. I have reviewed your domain renewal payment and your Yola Mail mailbox was not renewed which is the reason it has expired.

If you could purchase a new mailbox, then our engineers will add the registration period to your existing mailbox and reinstate it for you.

To purchase a new mailbox please follow these steps:

1. Go to your Yola Mail page after logging into your Yola account.
2. Click on "Get an additional mailbox".
3. Follow the steps to purchase a new mailbox (as per the original steps on activating Yola Mail).

Please note that our engineers are offline this week and your case may only be attended to from the 2nd Jan.

I can not log in to my yola email even though I know my password ..i am trying from http://mail.host name.com/mail with correct email address and password

Dear Jackie,

I usually get a notification when I need to renew or pay. I never received one. Is that normal for the email renewal or did I miss something? I ask because I don't want this to happen again. I will follow your instruction and will purchase a new mailbox np now. Will it start working again immediately/automatically or will I need to wait till Jan 2nd? Unfortunately we can not work without it.

Dear Jackie,

My mail box is now working thank you. Quick question, when I paid to renew it gave me a new mail box that i do not need so I did not set it up. Will the Yola team understand that i paid for the renewal and not a new box?

Jackie Hi,

Again my mailbox is not working...this is driving us crazy!!!!! I paid for the renewal and it started working then it stopped again, Please we can not work and are loosing business. It is unacceptable and needs to be fixed ASAP Christmas or not!!

We do realize that you have paid the renewal, and I have reinstated your Yola Mail temporarily, however until it is fixed permanently by our engineers you may only have limited access to your mail.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience, and we will have this fixed for you as soon as our engineers are back online.
