I still cant access my yola website/log in!!

I still cant access the yola website from my pc!!! This is very frustrating. Each time I try to log in from Firefox browser I get the following message: Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at www.yola.com.
It has been like this for a while. The staff at Yola have previously checked my domain since the DoS attack and confirmed to me that everything is fine.
I can access from my laptop, but not my pc and do not know what the problem can be. I can access all over websites, but not yola. Can anyone please help? Thanks.

I am sorry to hear that you are having this problem with uploading Yola.com from your PC.

As you can see it from your laptop, the problem is on your PC.

Here are a few things you can try to solve the problem:
1. Try to clear your browser's cache. Here's some help on how to do it clearing cache

2. Make sure that you have the latest versions of Firefox and Flash installed on your PC.

3. If you are behind a network, please check with your systems administrators if you have access to Yola.com.

If you are still unable to see our site after trying these, please let us know. You can send an email to support@yola.com or connect with us on this thread again.

Hi Nazlie,
Thank you for your suggestions. I have downloaded latest variants of FIREFOX and ADOBE FLASH. Have cleared browser cache. But issue still prevails.
To be honest, dont really understand your para (3). 'Behind a network' etc....... sorry for being stupid :-)
It is driving me insane as I used to be able to log on from my pc - now only from my laptop.
Any further help/suggestions gratefully received.

I do not think you are stupid for not understanding what I mean :) These things can be very confusing.

So let me explain in a bit more detail.... are you logging in to a network to be able to use the internet? If you need to log on to your work/university/school's network, then it is possible that Yola.com may be blocked for whatever reason and that is why you cannot see it.

Are you are connecting to the internet to the computer and laptop in the same way, for example, by plugging in the network cable?

Something else you can try is to see if you are able to view Yola.com from your computer using a different browser such as Internet Explorer, Safari or Chrome.

Please let me if you are still having trouble with it.

Hi Nazlie,
Thanks again, but problem persists. No matter whether I use FIREFOX, IE or CHROME it simply will not connect to yola.com or yola login.
As for connecting to the internet and laptop in same way, I connect from my pc via Virgin Broadband and my laptop is via Linksys Wireless G router.
As I mentioned, I can connect via laptop but not my pc.....................

Here's an idea... can you try connecting your computer to your wireless router and see if that works?

I'm wondering if there is some sort of firewall blocking Yola.com.

Please let me know, because I would like to help you solve this problem!

i have exactly the same problem..have tried everything that is suggested above and still nothing..sometimes i can get as far as the log in screen but then get timed out, other times i can log in but when itry and go to my page i get timed out.

Hi Andrew,

Sorry to hear none of those steps worked. Can you try from another computer on a different network please so see if the issue persists?

Strange, isnt it? I can access my yola website from my laptop, but nothing doing if I try to access from my home pc?!? It is driving me insane and really dont know what the problem is. Sounds like it is the pc to be fair, and not yola.

Hi John - sorry for your frustration! I have a sneaky suspicion the issue with your pc. Have you recently installed any programs on your pc or downloaded any anti-virus programs? This might have attributed to the issue.
