I have been downgraded to free..... i was supposed to have silver! why?

Hi Tracey,

This suggests that your hosting package for Silver has expired. Can you check this in your account and that will verify if it has done so?

Thank you for replying. It doesn't say (the account area of Yola leaves a lot to be desired)... however I renewed the other day and it looked like I had accidentally renewed for 2 years so I called and asked Yola to refund me for one year and now I am at a free account. I MUST have Silver. I did not receive anything via email to say that they have refunded anything. Please reinstate my Yola Silver!

Hi Tracey, I see.

Yola will be onto this either tomorrow or Monday. You may like to send an email to them as this tends to be taken care of more quickly for Silver subscribers, than here on the forum.

You may just need to open a new browser session or clear your cache, you are definitely Silver.

It is now saying Silver, it must have just needed some more time.
