No matter what code I place in the html, the print this continues to print all of the website screen material.

I would just print a pdf, however . . .

I want users to fill out a form (I use form assembly) and then instead of a submit button, use a print button to print the form with their responses. (like the government does with passport applications) (These forms are to be MAILED with a payment)

Hello,
I am not sure this is possible with Form Assembly. I haven't before seen a "form" that is filled out online and then printed, as opposed to submitted, made with a form such as the Yola, Wufoo or Form Assembly form, however it might be possible. I would say the best thing to do would be to search their knowledgebase for more information on this.

Otherwise, the idea of having someone download an editable PDF from your site to their computer where they can fill it out and then print it sounds like the best idea.

Kind Regards,
Emmy

Thanks, I wasn't aware a pdf file could be edited. Then there is the questions of how to make just certain fields editable.

Hello cjfpjam,

You may want to contact Adobe PDF forum for further assistance on how this can be done: http://forums.adobe.com/index.jspa
