I want to close my account, left ansaphone messages and email.

Payment is due out of my bank account tomorrow for another years Silver subscription.

I no longer want my website and do not want payment to go through.

Have tried to cancel website/account on line but not possible.

Hello Lisa,

Yola ask that account related actions, such as cancellations, be sent through their Contact Customer Support form to enable verification of your account. The form link is at the bottom of this page in the footer section. It's important to send this from your Yola registered account email, otherwise it may bounce back at you.
