As far as I can tell, there isnt an easy way of doing this. Would you mind posting the posting and registration stats and who you want to change to? This would greatly help find a compromise/solution.

Hello Andreas,
I am unsure of how you would move a tal.ki forum from one website to another. Possibly their forum would have some information on moving a forum.

Hi Andreas

I just had a look at your forum, and there is only two topics and three members. With numbers like that, I personally would do it manually and tell the current member. I would set them up accounts, send them the details, then delete the old board.

Hope I have some useful advice

hi emmy sadly their cancel form won't load and their help page won't load i did find a forum and from what people are saying in it sounds like a bit of a con i bet this is going to be one of them things i will be paying for forever and never be able to get any help of them or do anything about other than change my paypal account. Maybe yola should be more careful who they pallie up with

look here yola i was a main contractor in the uk for years and if one of my sub contractors messed up or was acting in an unprofeshional manner it was my job to sort it now i have been thinking about what every one has been saying here and this is what i think, by you offering the widget you are saying that this firm is trustworthy well they haven't even got a help page they don't respond to emails and they don't offer the opshions to do what they say they do i think you need to do something about it

i think that when you PAY to use a service the seller is responsible for the elements of that service and i think that a company that seems as big as yols really should be watching these sorts of things more. try to get some help from talki, i just went through the paypal resoultion center thing and even the web link they give to cancel there dose not exist. I am not being pety but i have only been with yola a short time and there is alot i like about the system but..... it has gon down 2 times since i joined, the ecommerse feature will not handle world wide shipping by weight and well there are a few things i have moved my main site to auctiva as they are much better at commerse i will use yola now for smaller sites

I would like to apologize for not responding to you 7 days ago when you posted the comment about not being able to load their cancel form not loading, unfortunately this thread slipped through the cracks. I am going to speak with our product manager in charge of the talk.ki integration and see if I can get some information as to how one would contact talk.ki for questions as well as refunds etc.

While it is true that we do not own, or do the development for some of the widgets integrated into the Yola Sitebuilder, we do want to make sure they have working help pages etc.

I appreciate your patience while I look into this.

that is exactly what i wanted to hear here is what i did in the end i rasied a paypal case this got me a responce from them in less than an hour then i made a new forum on my new site and upgraded it they did say they would have helped me and were quite ploite the only way to contact them is through their sales email or this is the guy i am talking to now dan@makahaproject.com i have asked him some more things now lets see if he answers
